Services
Individual Counselling/Psychotherapy:

After you make initial contact with me, I will give you a call to share whether I am taking new clients or waitlisting. I can answer any brief questions you may have and we can discuss my areas of focus, availability and rates.
If my services are a good fit for you, we can go ahead and book in your initial assessment. If I am not the right therapist for you, I am happy to provide referrals to other therapists or services that might be better able to assist you.
Services are currently being offered virtually via Zoom professional, over the phone or in-person.
During the initial appointment, I will learn more about you and your reason for starting therapy. We will establish a treatment plan based on goals you would like to achieve.
From there, we will work together during 50 minute sessions to achieve your treatment goals. Sessions are billed for 60 minutes as time to complete a mandatory clinical note outside of session is accounted for.
Clients initially engaging in therapy typically schedule weekly or bi-weekly appointments. Clients who have experienced progress or met some or all of their goals, may opt to go down to less frequent sessions. Once your goals have been met and/or you are no longer feeling that therapy is required, services will end. Clients who have no further scheduled appointments and have not had contact for two months or more will be automatically discharged. Past clients are always welcome to reach back out should they wish to engage in services again.
