I'm so glad you are taking the first steps to taking care of yourself and your mental health. I truly believe that mental health care is for everyone and that we all exist on a spectrum of mental and emotional wellbeing, which ebbs and flows depending on what we are currently experiencing in our lives. I'm here to assure you that seeking therapy is a normal, healthy and courageous thing.
In-person and remote options
In person options in West end of Hamilton, Ontario with ample parking space and located on a major bus route. Can’t make it into the office? No worries – video and phone sessions are also available to all clients in Ontario.

Individual Therapy
Address concerns and work toward personalized goals in a variety of areas. My strongest areas of practice include: Anxiety disorders, perinatal mental health (pregnancy, postpartum depression and anxiety, parent stress and mental health) and disordered eating and body image.
